The DIGI HC‑700E is a state-of-the-art PC-based print-and-apply labelling machine designed for demanding industrial, food, or retail environments. Built into a compact yet heavy-duty stainless steel frame, this unit offers precise label placement and high-speed operation while minimizing floor space usage. Its robust conveyor (standard 900 mm length, speed adjustable up to 50 m/min) can handle packages up to 250 mm wide and 180 mm high with consistent accuracy and minimal maintenance.
At the heart of the HC‑700E is an embedded Windows-based industrial PC coupled with a 12.1″ sealed resistive touchscreen, enabling operator control through a graphical interface for PLU management, label preview, production monitoring, and line diagnostics. Its communication capabilities include bidirectional XML data exchange, allowing real-time linkages to ERP, WMS, and business systems.
Standard configuration includes the LC thermal labeler featuring an 80 mm wide, 300dpi print head, paired with an air-box applicator for smooth label delivery. Optional labeler variants—from classic high-resolution heads (80–108 mm) to cassette-type units—support fast changeovers, sort cleaning access, and can handle label sizes up to 120 mm wide, 150 mm high, and roll diameters of up to 300 mm (36 mm or 76 mm core).
Modular design allows additional options like dual top labeling (HC‑700 twin top), bottom-label applicators (HC‑700TB), or customized conveyor lengths or sensors. All components are built for hygiene and durability, with stainless-steel construction rated for wash-down environments and stainless-mounted electronics housed in IP-rated enclosures.
This combination of speed, flexible labeling formats, networked integration, and compact industrial design makes the HC‑700E ideal for automated retail and food production setups—especially where footprint is limited but performance cannot be compromised.
