Capable of producing up to 36 packages per minute, the AW-5600ATII is designed to deliver exceptional productivity without compromising on precision or package appearance. Its automatic infeed conveyor streamlines the workflow, feeding trays seamlessly into the weighing and wrapping process without manual handling. This not only enhances throughput but also reduces the labor cost and potential contamination risks associated with human touchpoints.
The weighing module offers capacity options of 3kg or 6kg, using either single or multi-interval calibration. Supported tray sizes span 130mm to 380mm in width, up to 254mm in depth, and heights of approximately 150mm—accommodating a wide array of food product formats including meat, poultry, seafood, prepared meals, produce, and more.
Its high-precision thermal labeling system supports both linerless and pressure-sensitive labels, significantly reducing material waste and downtime while enhancing sustainability. Label dimensions range from 40mm–80mm width and 28mm–105mm length, customizable for price labels, barcodes, logos, ingredients, and promotional offers.
Operators interact with the system through a user-friendly 15-inch full-color touchscreen, backed by a Linux-based OS with 18GB storage for recipes, images, templates, and traceability data. The intuitive UI enables fast operator training, quick access to pre-configured product SKUs, and simple batch management.
