Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

At MOUSES TRADING SDN. BHD., we handle each machinery order with precision and care—whether it’s a compact GPS unit or a large-scale conveyor system. Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays), depending on product availability and customization needs.
Once payment is received and stock is confirmed, we initiate the packing and shipping process.
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number once your items are dispatched.


2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. For heavy machinery, pallet shipments or bulk orders, we may use specialized freight and logistic partners.

International Shipping:
We accept international orders for selected products such as GPS trackers or compact devices. For bulky items like conveyors or machines, please contact us in advance to verify feasibility, cost, and documentation requirements.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your shipment is booked.

5. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays and peak seasons
  • Courier service disruptions or rerouting
  • International customs clearance
  • Severe weather or logistic restrictions
  • Remote destination delivery

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays from third-party services are beyond our control. However, we will coordinate with them promptly on your behalf.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

All machines and devices are packed securely with protective materials or crated when necessary.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please:

  • Inspect your shipment immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Send clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and waybill

Upon review, we may arrange a replacement, issue a refund, or initiate a claim with the logistics provider.
Note: We are not responsible for parcels marked as “Delivered” by the courier but lost or stolen after delivery. Please double-check your address at checkout.


7. Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)

We welcome walk-ins and self-collection for industrial clients or urgent needs.

8. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)

If you’re ordering from outside Malaysia:

  • You are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees in your country.
  • MOUSES TRADING SDN. BHD. is not liable for delays or confiscations by customs.

Always check your local import regulations before placing international orders.
